Working with the Bravado Marketing and Data teams, Ellen managed the development of the 2022 Sales Compensation Guide, designed to translate 4M+ data points from Bravado's sales community into a comprehensive guide on what salespeople should earn based on their years of experience, industry and more. The goal of this project was to increase the user base of the Bravado Sales Community and spike brand awareness. We surpassed our growth goal, driving thousands of new membes to Bravado with this guide, alone.
